AX Functional Consultant

Gemini Consulting & Services LLC is seeking experienced AX Functional Consultants assistance on Finance and Trade & Logistics modules and recommends improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, applying knowledge of management theories and principles. Individuals will work under close supervision while performing the following job duties and responsibilities:

  • Analysis, Development, Configuration and Testing of system required for Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Version Project. Setups and configuration for Finance and Trade and Logistics Modules on GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank management, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Multicurrency, Procure to Pay process, Sales process, Workflow configuration, Costing sheet, Budget, and Project Accounting. Configure modules Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory management, and Production.
  • Understanding the current business process and preparing FRD with Fit/Gap analysis using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology.
  • Preparation of flow charts on MS VISIO for As is process and Process to be and updating the FDD and Test scripts in SharePoint.
  • Involved in Data Migration Framework on AX 2012 R3 version.
  • Preparation of Financial statements using Traditional financial statements and Management Reporter.
  • Mapping EDI data to AX related to Customer and Vendor Inbound and Outbound using sterling commerce.
  • Preparation of Test Issues for any customization for standard environment, with UAT signoff from the users and providing Testing document and UAT document for moving the code in to production.

Requirements:

Lead Software Developer

Gemini Consulting & Services LLC in Sunset Hills, MO, is seeking experienced Lead Software Developers to assist Project Managers with all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of systems used for reporting and data analysis. Individuals will apply advanced knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts, as well as experience with SQL Server components including SSMS and SSIS to perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of junior developers by providing day-to-day supervision of their work related to the development of systems used for reporting and data analysis.
  • Coordinate activities of assigned personnel, business departments, operations and other business application systems support to achieve specific program objectives established by management.
  • Train, mentor and lead other software developers while keeping up with the latest technology.

Lead Systems Engineer

Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles and concepts to assist Project Manager with the architecture, configuration, installation, and deployment of software applications. Position involves the following job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with leading the installation and configuration of WebLogic 11gR1/12c and JBoss EAP 5.x/6/x in different environments on RHEL and Windows 2012 servers.
  • Lead configuration of WebLogic and JBoss clusters (horizontal and vertical) for high availability and failover solutions.
  • Assist the Project Manager with monitoring and coordinating the deployment of J2EE applications on WebLogic and JBoss Application Servers, and monitoring the installation of SSL certs.
  • Ensure provision of bi-weekly 24/7 On Call Production support for various WebLogic, Tomcat and JBoss applications, and assist lower level Systems Engineers with issues.
  • Work with the Application Team and the Operations Team (OS, Database), and assist lower level Systems Engineers in resolving issues.

  • Install SSL certificates on Apache and renew them whenever necessary.
  • Configure Name based and IP-based virtual hosts using Apache.
