Inside Sales Executive
Hyderabad, Telangana
|Experience: 4 – 6 Years
Experience in the field of ERP – SAP, Oracle, Digital, Mobile Applications, Analytics Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, prospecting, and networking. Conduct cold calls, emails, and presentations to introduce company products/services and establish interest.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs. Provide personalized attention and solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their unique requirements. Communicate the value proposition of products/services effectively to clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. Continuously monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure goal attainment.
- Service Offerings Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and industry trends. Stay up-to-date with market developments to effectively position offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product/service improvements.
- Market Insights: Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to enhance your sales skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, with a minimum of 8 years in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of COTS Product (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Sales Force) and Digital (Java, Python, Dot Net, etc.) is a plus.
