Srini Raj G, CEO of Gemini Consulting & Services, addressed the company employees on March 3, 2023. His inspiring speech stressed the importance of project delivery excellence, creating a positive work environment, empowering people and nurturing new leaders.CEO of Gemini Consulting & Services

Gemini moved to the new office space in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, in January 2020. However, like every other aspect of life, the COVID-19 pandemic upended the company’s office operations in March, and everyone was forced to work from home.

“I used to visit India offices regularly and hold interactive sessions with business groups and employees before the pandemic. All these changed and we were confined to our homes for a long time due to COVID-19. I am glad that the situation has become normal. I and other members of the management plan to spend more time in India now,” said Raj.

According to him, accountability, integrity, teamwork, focus on detail, empathy and willingness to learn were some values the organization would look for in people. “Technology undergoes rapid changes every day and we need to prepare ourselves to excel in what we do. We should invest in learning, development, and growth,” he said.

To excel in project delivery, the company plans to carve out a niche field for emerging leaders called Project Captains. “Identifying Project Captains is a priority. These leaders will own projects, navigate challenges, and help provide the required outcome on time.” Raj explained.

The CEO also unveiled the annual employee event for 2023 reCharge. “We rock. The coming years will be ours. We will be a force to reckon with in the technology field. That day is not far off when we will have our own million square feet office space,” he said.

Raj encouraged all employees to look at each project holistically and study every aspect of it to identify any problems or bottlenecks and come up with solutions well in advance. “I don’t look at myself as a CEO. I consider myself your big brother. You can approach me anytime. I am here to guide you,” he said.

Gemini organized a two-day training program for sales and presales personnel in Bhubaneswar on February 23 and 24, 2023. The program’s objective was to equip the Gemini Sales Team with modern techniques to tackle the new-age clientele in a hyper-competitive technology marketplace.

The program conducted by Dr. Mangesh, Global Awardee of Master Trainer NLP, offered fresh insights into implementing proven sales methods and ideologies in a new market environment. The training focused on upskilling and reskilling the team as well as enlightening them on some of the revolutionary new techniques to boost sales, build rapport and consolidate the existing clientele base.

Eighteen people from Sales and Presales attended the program.

“One of the best training sessions in a long time. It was a refreshing, enjoyable, informative, interactive and dynamic session. All the members from the Sales and Presales Teams attended and we were thoroughly mesmerized by the techniques and interactive and intuitive learning methods based on games. Not one minute was found lacking our attention and that’s due to Dr. Mangesh being a wizard in training. All the methods were practical and we are hopeful of implementing the same in the real world,” say the participants in unison.

Gemini celebrated Diwali with joy and gaiety on October 19, 2022.

For Geminites, it was a special Diwali because they have started working from the office again! And everyone decided to celebrate the festival of lights in the office.

It was no doubt the best party ever as people gathered to enjoy the festivities with their colleagues after two years of working in isolation and muted festivities due to the pandemic. Diwali always brings with it new hopes, fireworks and sweets.

Gemini has also organized some exciting competitions, such as mehendi design, diya decoration, dumb charades and treasure hunt to make the occasion special.

Electric festoon lights brightened the workplaces and flower arrangements adorned the bays as different departments competed to win surprise gifts.

The enthusiasm of people accentuated the atmosphere of effulgence. Dressed in their finest, Geminites kept their festival spirit alive and strengthened the bond of friendship and camaraderie with each other.

The entire celebration involved a lot of activities, group work, refreshments and whatnot. But nobody seems to mind. After all, Geminites believe in working hard, partying harder and contributing their best when it comes to celebrations.

Doing 108 Surya Namaskars may seem a daunting challenge. But Geminites proved that it can be achieved by preparing well in advance. Over 12 contestants participated in a wholesome series of yoga poses and exercises to help revitalize the body and mind.

Surya Namaskar is aimed at energizing the solar plexus region of the body that is connected to many energy channels. However, it is not easy to continuously do 108 Surya Namaskars. A person needs to have physical fitness, mental resolve and above all discipline to complete these steps.

Gemini offered training sessions for interested participants for two months to prepare them for the challenge.
