Pandian is the driving force behind the Xperience Office. Within this dynamic department, he oversees three pivotal wings: Content and Digital Xperience, focusing on corporate content, digital media, and internal branding; Learning Xperience, dedicated to crafting effective internal and external learning solutions; and Customer Xperience, committed to providing exceptional customer interactions, including tech support and service desk activities. 

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with over 35 esteemed clients across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA, orchestrating the delivery of an impressive 1000+ learning hours—transforming knowledge into a powerful force across diverse global landscapes, including aviation, IT, banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, automotive, military & defence, Texas Government, capital goods sector, freight and logistics, utilities (electricity and natural gas), conglomerate, industrial supply, hardware and networking, food and agriculture, internet and data centers, financial services, stock exchange, healthcare, and NGOs.
