Shilpa is a seasoned IT professional with over 13 years of experience, including 12 years of specialized expertise in SAP ISU. With a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions, she brings extensive knowledge and leadership to the SAP team at Gemini Consulting & Services. As a Delivery Manager, Shilpa is responsible for overseeing all SAP projects across multiple geographic regions. Her ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams ensures seamless execution and consistent delivery of high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Shilpa’s leadership approach is defined by a strong emphasis on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and fostering open communication between functional and technical teams. She takes a hands-on role in managing complex SAP projects across various industries, overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and blueprinting to realization, cutover, go-live, and post-launch support. Her ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams ensures seamless execution and consistent delivery of high-quality results.

In her previous roles, Shilpa took the initiative to conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure that project deliverables were aligned with client requirements. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in executing high-profile projects, including SAP ISU and BRIM implementations for renowned organizations such as Asianet, Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC), NEEPCO, and the Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) in Kuwait. Throughout her career, Shilpa has received multiple awards and accolades for her contributions to the industry. She is a graduate in engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad.
