Beyond the corporate landscape, he is a devout Hindu and heads The Hindu Temple of St. Louis, Missouri. The temple serves as a focal point that brings together the Hindu community. It fosters a sense of unity and assists young individuals in establishing a strong connection to their cultural heritage and traditions. Srini Raj has been instrumental in fundraising initiatives, securing $1.7 million for the temple and making it debt-free.  

Srini Raj’s multifaceted personality extends beyond the boardroom. As a caring father, devoted husband, passionate foodie, and philanthropist, he wears many hats. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Nagarjuna University in India.  

Engaged with various charitable organizations in the US and serving on the board of a residential school for orphans in India, Srini Raj's philanthropic endeavors extend to supporting HIV-affected children. Despite his busy schedule, Srini Raj indulges his love for cricket and movies, staying informed about the latest technological developments and organizational behavior. An avid biker, he loves embarking on long rides astride his Harley-Davidson.
