JOB DSECRIPTION
- Should have 10-15 years of recruitment experience in the Information Technology industry.
- Willingness to be hands-on throughout daily activities with team members and manage a team of recruiters and sources.
- Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
- Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually and innovatively
- A flexible approach and ability to operate in a demanding, fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Successful track record of managing, training and developing a team of direct reports
- Exposure to Resource Management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering a consultative and high-quality talent acquisition (TA) service to the business, driving an outcome of high-quality hire to the stakeholders
- Build, engage, manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop, lead and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents
- Partner with key stakeholders to come up with future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies.
- Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Lead team to drive efficiency and bringing new ideas to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
- Establish yourself as the expert and trusted talent acquisition partner with hiring managers
