Consultant – SAP ABAP-HR
Experience: 2-4 Years

ABAP with HR. He/she should be able to design/develop the project.


  • ABAP, DDIC, ABAP OO, Smart Forms, IDoCs, BAPIs, BTEs, Enhancements, User Exits, Interfaces.
  • Strong ABAP OO background with good experience in using OO ABAP concepts for ABAP development. 
  • Modifying and troubleshooting interfaces using ALE/IDOC, Flat File, RFC, BAPIs. SAP enhancement technologies. including classical enhancements, BADI, BTE and new enhancement framework. 

Additionally for HR ABAP:

Experience in working with logical databases, function modules, HR events and cluster programming for HR modules. 

Desirable skills: 

  • Experience in both web service as well as OData services.
  • Personal Administration, Organization Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management Working experience
  • Experience in smart forms, HR forms for payslip developments. Webdynpro ABAP for ESS/MSS applications using FPM Experience in development and configuration of workflow.
