Pre-Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales and consulting. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging their strong analytical, presentation, and consulting skills to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales having Business Analysis Expertise
- Customer Centric, and Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement or additional client needs along with customer visits.
- Facilitate in-person workshops and meetings with clients to capture business pain points and align expectations.
- Partner with technical teams to prepare Proof of Concept (POC) and prototype solutions for clients.
- Assist in creating and delivering compelling client proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
2. Consulting Expertise
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights into best practices and industry trends.
- Design and recommend business solutions that align with organizational goals and deliver ROI.
- Support implementation teams by bridging the gap between business expectations and technical deliverables.
3. Collaboration and Communication
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Work closely with delivery teams to provide feedback for solution enhancements based on client needs and mark that into product based on verticals.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in pre-sales, consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record in contributing to successful pre-sales initiatives and consulting engagements.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, cloud solutions, or industry-specific platforms is desirable.
3. Core Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
4. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
5. Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Pre-sales or consulting certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solution Architect).
