Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges. Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including ERP, CRM, HCM, and other relevant modules. Develop innovative and tailored solutions that address clients' business needs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and benefits of SAP products. Address technical questions, concerns, and objections from prospective clients. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and events to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Product Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP technologies, releases, and updates. Possess a deep understanding of industry best practices and trends related to SAP solutions. Provide insights on how SAP solutions can drive business transformation and improve efficiency for clients.
- Customization and Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team and clients to identify customization needs and design tailored solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proofs of concept or prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of solutions.
- Proposal Creation: Assist in crafting persuasive proposals and RFP responses that highlight the unique value our solutions bring to clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling collateral and sales materials.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and providing insights to solve their business problems. 7. Continuous Learning and Training: Stay current with SAP certifications and training to maintain expert-level knowledge. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical and sales skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Extensive experience in SAP solutions, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP products, modules, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically and provide innovative recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Any relevant SAP certifications or expertise is a plus.
