The SAP Developer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP applications across core SAP modules, utilizing ABAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), OData services, and Fiori/UI5 technologies. This includes both on-premise and cloud-based development in a hybrid landscape. The developer will work closely with functional and technical teams to support scalable, secure, and high-performance SAP solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP code for RICEF objects across standard SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, WM).
• Develop and maintain OData services for use in SAP Fiori and external integrations.
• Build and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications using SAP Web IDE or BAS.
• Leverage SAP BTP services for cloud-based application development and integration.
• Support and troubleshoot full-stack SAP development in both cloud and on-premise systems.
• Implement enhancements using BADIs, BAPIs, IDocs, and User Exits.
• Ensure code quality through performance tuning, secure development, and adherence to SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support peer reviews.
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint cycles.
• Support transport management and comply with change management protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including classical and object-oriented ABAP.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, and WM.
• Proficiency in OData service development and integration via SAP Gateway.
• Strong skills in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and front-end integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and related services.
• Familiarity with SmartForms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, and NetWeaver architecture.
• Understanding of SAP Cloud Connector and BTP runtime environments.
• Experience with debugging across front-end and back-end SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Git-based development and DevOps methodologies (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
