Sr. SAP PP QM Consultant
Hyderabad, Telangana
|Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Minimum 5 -8 years of experience with 1 full cycle implementation and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC.
In depth knowledge in below areas:
- PP Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups, Material Requirement Planning.
- Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.
- Quality Management: Setting up of Inspection Plans, Material Specification, Inspection Lot, Sampling scheme - Link of Class characteristics with Inspection characteristics, transferring result recording value to the class characteristics value with Batches - Dynamic Modification Rule - Quality Certificates - Quality Notification - Batch Management Batch Derivation using Batch Search Strategy and Sort Strategy.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.
- Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Comments: Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
